Currently I am the principal/owner of Charles D. Miller, P.C., a small law firm in the DFW area specializing in corporate law, commercial transactions, etc.. I act as a general legal adviser to the owners of numerous local small businesses located in the DFW area.
I have also delivered various company-client internal corporate employee training programs in General Law/Contracts/ Contracts Negotiation. This summer I will be providing a 25-hour training program opportunity to employees/managers of China National Petroleum Corporation. .
In addition to being an attorney in private practice, I am a Lecturer at UT-Arlington and teach business law classes to both graduate and undergraduate students. UTA is a major campus within the University of Texas System.
