Retired after 38 years as a professor at Rollins College, George Mason University, Boston University, University of New Orleans, George Washington University, and University of Cincinnati. Authored 10 college textbooks in a total of 56 editions, including Operations Management (now in 12th ed.), Quantitative Analysis for Management (in 13th ed.), Introduction to Management Science, Service Management (3rd ed.), and Managerial Decision Modeling with Spreadsheets (3rd ed.).Currently revising these texts and editing/acquiring new books for Pearson/Financial Times Press.
